TEI specializes in placing sales people. Sales is the most important part of business. No sales means no business. some companies will hire based on a resume. The TEI process begins with understanding clients' needs, culture, and market. Profile of ideal candidates, initial contact and establishing clear expectations for all parties.
Many recruiters are looking for a check. TEI focuses on fit. The right fit includes needs, wants, culture, personalities, etc. Instead of hiring based on a resume and interview, we build relationships both with clients and candidates and can speak to all aspects of concern for both parties. "This is the most prepared I have ever been for a new job!" is a comment we hear. We also check in during the transition as is appropriate to make sure the transition is going well.
The pricing structure is set up to make sense for the client. 25% of the fee on the front end and 75% upon successful placement. On occasion, a company can decide to promote from within. In that event, out fee is cut in half. Although our clients make the final hiring decision, we guarantee placements for 1 year.
